Last week I went to my friends, friends cottage and stayed there for the week. During the week I managed to play a lot of freestyle footbag and got lots of great footage in the process.
In other news I ordered a new footbag from Matt Cross to replace the footbag that got trapped in the grass of mysteriousness. I won’t bother looking for it anymore as I’m sure a lawn mower has probably destroyed it by now. In the video you’ll notice I taught my sister a funny footbag move. It took us at least twenty tries but we finally got it on camera. During the past week I received an e-mail from footbags own Dan Ednie, apparently hes been spending a lot of time with the world champion of footbag Vasek Klouda. Dan has offered to write a guest post for this blog displaying footbag tips and will also create a video for us.
I also want to mention that if anyone has any request for a footbag tutorial to be added to the tutorial section just leave me a comment and I’ll see if the video is worth adding.

Nice video i was wondering if the red and black bag was your new one from Matt cross. Also i can clipper when i jump but how do you clipper with you feet on the ground? Also i have been trying to mirage but i can’t seem to get my feet in the right place. Do you have any advice?

The black and red footbag is a footfighter footbag that I’ve owned for a while now.
As for advice on the mirage, I also had the same issue when i was first learning how to do it. My friend who is also learning it also has issues with the footwork. My advice is to set the bag as straight as possible and swing you other foot around it and land on your “swinging foot” so that you can be prepared to absorb the footbag with your other leg.
